Maria Aron | Operations Manager

Maria was born in Taiwan but spent her childhood in multiple countries before moving back to the United States for high school. After college, Maria worked as an archaeologist leading field schools and supporting both governmental agencies & the private sector in heritage management planning. Maria transitioned from cultural resource management to operations management in the medical start up field. Throughout her life, Maria has drawn to social justice movements which led to her involvement in gun violence prevention programs, the movement for Black Lives, and local and national political campaigns. Maria volunteered on the Policy Action Network which led to her path to OJRC.
