Justin Low | Associate Director of Policy and Research
Justin grew up in Oregon City and was raised in an immigrant Filipino-Chinese household. He attended the University of Portland and graduated with a BA in Political Science and Psychology. After college, Justin went on to work as a paralegal/litigation assistant, a campaign manager for state and local races, and a legislative assistant in the Oregon State Legislature. From those experiences, Justin developed a passion for work that meets at the intersections of community-based criminal justice reform, youth investment and development, and evidence-based policymaking. Currently, Justin is pursuing an MS in Criminal Justice at the University of Southern California and hopes to attend law school in the near future, with the end goal of practicing as a criminal defense attorney in Oregon. In his free time, Justin enjoys chasing Oregon Coast sunsets, finding new food spots, and playing soccer.
