Amanda Lamb | Law Enforcement Resource Counsel

Amanda grew up in Montana before moving to Portland for college. After earning a master’s degree in 2010, Amanda spent twelve years working in government, primarily in performance auditing and research. Amanda’s research focused on criminal justice practices, including the use of force in jails, racial disparities in prosecutions, and statewide misdemeanor sentencing practices. Most recently, Amanda served as the Chief Deputy City Auditor, which included working with and leading the police accountability function. Throughout her career, Amanda's work has focused on building systems of transparency and accountability in government, identifying and addressing inequity, and addressing the root causes of systemic problems.
